JM&A JERK ME AROUND Took a vehicle in they denied the claim. Called and then they okay the claim. Then called back and denied it again. People pay a lot of money for this warranty And when you need it denied. Run away from this company.

These people are rip offs scam artist and don’t care nothing about you or the ripple effect there evil dishonest ways has on people lives. GREED .. the dealership is in on it to. I purchased my vechicle on 1/4/22 from JTS Kia Columbia Sc. I can’t believe this company has a higher rating than 1.1. This company, after 7 weeks of ordering extensions instead of fixing my car, wants evidence that the receipts I sent from the ride shares for Seven weeks actually came out of my bank account or apple pay. So even though I send all the receipts from rideshares from my account as I was instructed to by 2 of their agents, both of whom approved the receipts, now they want bank statements and/or apple pay statement s, they may find oit shocking I guess that my friends an... read more

I noticed all the good reviews, but I’ve been waiting for a check for over a month address is correct. They giving me all their information or something is terribly wrong and not solve the problem. I’ve called many many times this is unacceptable so I wish I can get some of the good reviews that everybody else is putting up.

Horrible. I tried to get a claim done based on a dealer screw up and it took them months to get back to me before turning down the claim. Next time I try to have a dealer try and sell me a vehicle service contact, if it is through this company, I will immediately turn it down.

Gap is a waste of time.. Times are hard. They are not willing to help pay anything if you do not have collision coverage. I had collision coverage the whole entire time I had the vehicle.. until I switched over to another company.. Gap is bs it does not help the people at all

If you buy a car , dont buy Gap insurance . This company refuses to pay $4000 loan balance. State Farm paid their $ 5000 portion . Kg

I requested a reimbursement of rental car expenses and had to call 3 times and was told something different every time. The first person I spoke w/told me he filed my claim, but he never did. Finally the 3rd person I dealt w/filed my claim. I haven't received a check yet so don't know if he really submitted it. I had the same issue with getting my contract cancelled. The GAP Claim process with Judy was so smooth, especially after only having a new vehicle for 8 days before Total Loss. Trying to work through the Additional Service, Road Hazard and Maintenance Product is a nightmare. Received letter on 5/22 that money sent to the dealership. First, no confirming amounts of "prorated" which should only be minimal since only 8 days of having vehicle. Second, when calling in today the rep could not or would not confirm this information, just pushed it off to contact dealership or lender. Hope... read more
