I submitted my claim online using JMA's website. It was quick and user friendly. I wasn't able to obtain all my documentation at the same time, however the documents that I did submit were saved until I could complete the claim. I submitted the claim on 12/14 and today 12/16 I received an email stating that the claim was complete along with a statement showing the amount to be paid to on the balance of the loan. Great work!
