The postal system is a JOKE so why don't you overnight checks ad track them so your customers don't end up paying 3 months of daily fees. No one ever calls u about anything with your claim. This was my 1st experience filing a claim very dissatisfied. Jeep totaled in January yet I'm still paying 4 a rental on March 30th not 2 mention daily fees to PNC bank...u do the math....Pandemic is Not an excuse u really need 2 come up with a better system of getting the banks paid off....This mess is now on my credit as well!

This company is a scam!! When you have a total loss they are ready to use any excuse not to pay the gap they're offering and leaving you in debt! They sell you a gap insurance for 900$ offering to pay the amount your car insurance wont cover after a total loss, and then they value your car for a ridiculous high amount and say they wont pay the difference! I paid for 2 years 900$ for gap insurance and they just paid 1200$ for my car of a 4500$ amount that is still owned for the car!!! Leaving my family with over 3000$ in de... read more

Are all these reviews paid ? This is a joke right? Because this company is beyond criminal. I recently purchased vehicle and a "platinum" warranty directly from the dealership $3650. However, JM&A has refused to pay for the repairs while also accusing me of being in a wreck, having oversized tires (ones that were on the vehicle when purchases), and accused of running the vehicle without oil. Gap insurance a waste of money! For me personally I do not recommend.

No one ever wants to be in a situation where they’ve had a total loss of their vehicle, but thankfully I had Gap insurance through JM&A. The process for starting a claim was ridiculously easy. I used my phone to start a claim and attach documents through either files or photos. I was able to see what was still needed, so I could reach out to my lien holder and the other person’s insurance company. Zero Integrity. This company did not pay the claim. In 2016, My car was worth $15000.00 with 8853 miles on it. Totaled in 2020 with 88351 miles on it and they are trying to say it is still worth $12450.00 based on NADA value. They never even looked at the car. Do not use this company. They will not honor their contract. SCAM!!!!

Horrible experience..purchased this GAP ins when I purchased my brand new car at the dealership. Now 2 years later my car was totaled and they are refusing to pay out 2,432.66 due to wear and tear which they claim they do not cover. I mean come on every car has wear and tear...which is why we purchase GAP coverage. If it wasn't for wear and tear you wouldn't need GAP to cover what you owe for your loan vs what the ins comp pays out. This is by far the worst experience dealing with insurance I've encountered. It defeats the purpose of having gap insurance, if the insurance company comes up with a multitude of reasons to not pay. It shouldn't take 6-8 weeks to cancel any policy, let alone a policy for a totaled vehicle. They avoid any and all ways to value your vehicle by using the NADA adjustment as another way to not pay. They are a scam, and I will never recommend they to anyone.

Very awful experience they are trying any and everything to not pay off my car balance. they have created their own numbers asked for a copy of pymts made to bank then they did their own calculations its a never ending battle do not recommend 0 stars. No one is helpful they just read a script no customer service skills. DO NOT GO WITH THEM I HAVE HAD GAP COMPANY WHERE I HAD NO ISSUE EVERYTHING DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME AROUND NO ARGUING FOR WHAT THEY PROMISED YOU.
