The couple of times I had to call, I was treated very nicely and agents have been able to answer all my questions and concerns !
Everyone is always super friendly, thorough, and helpful during this difficult time. Having a serious car accident in and of itself is terrible, having one during COVID and in the year of remotality is even worse- JM&A Group have been fantastic from the start, and have been incrediblely patient with me as I bounce back from a major concussion. They provide a kind and human approach.

This entire process was very simple. I had no need to call anyone. they processed my claim within a month and paid the entire amount still owed.(over $5,000) All of my paperwork was easy to submit. I would recommend JM & A Group to any person seeking GAP insurance.
