Statefarm is worst insurance company in nation ...I wouldn't recommend them for bicycle coverage ....we lost everything in house fire ..sept of 2022 ...they treating us like we are criminals ....shame on you statefarm ....no communication or compassionate at ....just a number ..all most month haven't got first dime of loss of use pay ....they don't care ....when they say we are investigating your claim .....that means they looking for ways not to pay you ......********!
They cancel my discount after they told me that discount is active I don’t need to do anything raising my auto insurance up by 50-$60 the customer service I talk to today laughing about it acting like it’s a funny joke how would she feel if her insurance went up $50-$60 for no reason making starting over from scratch on that discount program they can apply that full discount if they wanted to and get my bills back to where it was but they trying to scam for for eXtra $$ that type of behavior is telling your customer to chang... read more
A woman who works at the Margy Gray office in *******, ** ran into the drivers side of my car in a parking lot while I was not moving in May of 2022. She seemed very nice and said she misjudged the amount of space and said she’d report it when she got to work. THAT WAS FAR FROM THE TRUTH. From then on she has claimed that I pulled out in front of her. Horrible to be a victim of their insurable. They have no accountability for damages to your car repairs if their insured motorists damage your property! Horrible to work with!
I filed a claim in January of 2022 from a hail storm in December 2021. State Farm issued me a check for the damages instead of sending it to my Mortgage company 1st to sign off on it.(this was the process). I deposited the check without knowing the mortgage company had not signed off on it. Now here it is 8 months later and I still don't have the money to repair the damages. Horrible customer service. No communication. I had to call customer service multiple times. In July, I was rear ended by someone who has State Farm Auto insurance. The damage was extensive and I’m still waiting to have my car repaired (It’s October). Many things were left off of the estimate - like the exhaust. State Farm simply does not care. Thankfully, I have a different insurance company.

My 90 yo mom who lives in a mobile home on our property had a tree fall through her roof on 7-11-2022. State Farm ***** * ***********. They sent out an adjuster a week later and he estimated the total damages of $8,100. We live in a very rural area and getting someone out for this type of damage to an old trailer with a metal roof has proven very difficult. I had renters and car insurance with State Farm for almost 20 years, and in that time, I made exactly one claim, which cost them about $2000, and was not due to fault or negligence on my part. In response, they cancelled my policy, lied about why they had done so (they initially insisted it was an issue with my credit score), and when they admitted it was because I'd made a claim, they helpfully offered to reinstate the policy, but with my premiums more than doubled for at least the next three years.
