After an auto accident 6 years ago, State Farm has screwed me out of any kind of settlement. Their new business model is to aggressively pursue anybody who loses to them in litigation. My lawyer told me I had a 50% chance of prevailing. If I had gone to trial and lost, I would have been forced to file bankruptcy. They screwed me over and left me with debilitating tinnitus for the rest of my life.

Awful service with the claims department they like to keep playing games and saying that they will do something when they dont. I think they just like stealing peoples money cause that is what it feels like. They obviously spend more money trying to screw you over then they would just paying the claim and yes im putting my adjuster MIKE ***** on blast you definately **** at your job and should go to being a used car salesman that seems more of reasonable job for you.

I sold my vehicle to a man that didn't change the title into his name. He then hit a guy and there was 7,400 in damages ( non injury) that state farm sued me for. Dol suspended me all of this year and will not give a license again until this is settled. BUT EVERY TIME I CALL anyone at STATE farm nobody knows nothing about it but I owe the money. Been with state farm for over 27 years which totals to over 250,000. This past year was odd and we had back to back accident claims, in which you guessed it they dropped us. Made 2 claims in which they totaled one of my vehicles and paid out 2500 on the other. If you do the math I figure they still owe us for the faithful donation of over 250,000.....Fair is Fair.......they were so nice about it, thank you for being with us so long but we have to drop you because of back to back claims (keep in mind the last claim we made be... read more

On or around June 4th of 2022, I experienced a sewer line break which required emergency intervention via ********* and ***** ***********. Raw sewage entered my home at *** ***** *** ********* ***** ***** for four days and caused extensive floor damage, primarily in the form of molds and decay. I recently added my wife to my car insurance policy on the morning of September 9th. That evening at work I get a call saying she’s hydroplaned into a curb. She was okay fortunately but her car wasn’t drivable. I called for roadside, but State Farm couldn’t verify coverage so we paid out of pocket for towing. It’s now been over a week and on paper she has coverage but in the computer she still has nothing. Worst company to do business with I canceled a policy the same day I paid for it and it's been a month and they giving me the runaround and not returning my money will never try them again ore advise any one to do so cause if this is happening imagin a claim with them they don't deserve no stars but is the only way to do this I'm very disappointed with STATE FARM ??

Don’t use this company for any insurance needs. They false advertise on TV. NOT FAST and not easy in there event you have to file a claim. A person crashed into my property and did damage. It took over 1 hour and getting transferred over 5 times to even ge t the claim filed to start the horrible process of getting the damage someone else did to my property repairs. Horrible customer service. DONT USE STATEFARM !!
