The service department is horrible. For the longest time no one would answer or return our calls. Now they answer but give you the run around. Tried to convince me that a car with 12 thousand miles should expect rain from the sunroof because "all sunroofs leak" and "it's normal". So why did I pay $4000 for a warranty if you won't fix it? Went there today for an oil change. They refused to do service on my truck and cited the reason as a "Survey". How childish. Why send the survey out if you don't want the trurth ?

Joe Myers Ford has no class and 1 less customer. That's OK, I understand that they don't need my little business but keep on and you won't have any. This applies to Ford also because you were no help either.

If I could put zero stars, I would. We purchased a used Ford Explorer from Joe Myers. We bought the car AS IS (yes, bad idea but we didn't think we were dealing with such CROOKS). Days after we bought the vehicle the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. Which makes us believe that Joe Myers RESET THE VEHICLE before we bought it. There is a TERRIBLE LEAK in the truck and it doesn't start right. My dad also bought my brother a truck from Joe Myers and shortly after his purchase he spent $4,000 TO GET THE TRUCK FIXED. Service department sucks!!!! I called around 6:55 PM and lady picks up the phone and soon she realize that 7:00 PM is close time so she hung up in middle of our conversation. I redialed immediately and my call redirected to sales department and they told me that service department is closed now. Pathetic!!!!.

I guess if you are purchasing a vehicle you may be treated differently or okay. My FORD truck needed servicing a check engine light came on/low fuel press error too on Friday evening. I called early Saturday morning and was told I would need a Directors approval for an appointment. So I left my information in hopes of getting in soon since I need my vehicle for work and not thinking there would be a problem. If you did not buy your vehicle from this dealership, they will not help you. In fact, they will treat you rudely and refuse to serve you. They even admit to this in a Google review. It is Ford's policy to have any Ford dealership service a Ford product. This dealership owes me $450 for refusing to service my truck and forcing me to tow it to another Ford dealer.

If you have a recall and you didn't buy the vehicle from them, don't bother calling. You make the appointment, wait for a month, send the truck over to them to fix and ....... they don't have an appointment for you and then want to charge you to fix the recall. I thought Planet Ford's service was bad, Joe Myers takes it to another level. Wishing now that I hadn't bought my personal vehicle from them.

My Review of Joe Myers Ford deerdad12 9/25/2018 Reason For Visit Service "Service Department never returns your calls. " After not returning calls for over a week .
