I took my Ford truck in for service Saturday morning because the back window had developed a leak. I was told someone would look at it Saturday. Unfortunately that never happened and I was not told. Therefore my truck with a leak sat out in the rain all weekend as far as I am aware. I called this morning(Monday) and I was told I would be updated if they had time to get to it today. Absolutely horrible dealership to work with!! I actually purchased a car from them a few years back and it was the best car buying experience I've had and sent numerous people their way. Since then, they have changed management and I believe that may be part of the problem. I called inquiring about financing options and I was called back by Pat, the general manager, directly who told me that they would have an amazing deal for me due to certain incentives. We called on the morning of April 10th inquiring about a vehicle - we are from out of state, so we wanted to get as much information as possible. The salesman we were working with, Gio, was very helpful and sent us several videos and specifically the imperfections of the vehicle, as we are very picky and would be purchasing without seeing it beforehand. Bought one mustang from them - that went very well until a technician joy rode my car. While in for repairs, they sold me in to a $50k Bullitt brand new. It's had a terrible rattle and vibration since I bought it, finally escalated it and now Joe Myers refuses to work on it - calling the noise and vibration "normal". Escalated the issue to Ford and they tell me the service manager is refusing to look at it again because there is "no known cause nor fix" I spent FIFTY GRAND on a Mustang and this is what it turns in to? We went to Joe Meyer after calling and discussing online pricing and final sale of the vehicle I was interested in buying. I was taking to several dealers and wanted to go with the best deal I could get. The other dealers were straight forward with their online pricing as opposed to Joe Myers... It is very frustrating and can not trust sales at all, had sales man email me about a special and I was approved for a vehicle. 3 weeks ago on a Saturday spend all afternoon and night left there at 9pm with nothing. Last Saturday when in for an oil change and salesman informed that there was a way with FORD FLEX PLAN. This dealership does not respect their customers time. I had a 7:30 appointment for an oil change and did not get my back until 9:45. Four people arrived after me and received their cars before me. When I asked why my car was taking so long, I was given lame excuses about how they had 40 appointments that morning and were expanding and still working the kinks out of their system. What a joke. My dads new f250 battery had gone dead after during a trip to Home Depot, he was stranded when he finally got someone able to jumpstart the completely dead battery. He drove home and ask me to take it to the dealership to get it fixed under warranty. Had to jumpstart it with my truck and get it to dealership. The process of replacing the battery took over 5 hours for a simple battery swap. Funnier thing is a women's mustang got stolen after she pulled in to the service lane and left it running...

We just picked up our 2017 Expedition from the service center after it had an oil leak and it was a nightmare experience. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy after the hell we went through. I called and made an appointment for servicing and told them I needed an Expedition loaner because we have 5 kids (3 of which are triplets who are still in car seats).
