I haven't even gotten my car back and I can tell you I will never return to this place lol I'm so pissed I didn't read these reviews before dropping my car off two weeks ago. I'm not sure about the sales side but the service department is absolute garbage. I blame myself though for not listening to reviews, that is what yelp is for. See you all in the service department in 3 days (crossing fingers)!

This review is specifically for the Business Manager "Mary B." Who shows such lack of respect for some reviews. Yes Mary, I do exist and so do others who have had horrible customer experience at Joe Myers Ford! If I can give 0 starts I would this is the shitiest dealership I have ever been excuse my language but there's not a better word to describe it , this place gave no effort on helping me the sales man was on the computer looking for a school that had nothing to do with the helping me and totally ignored me and gave me ugly faces when I asked him a question he was an African American the desk was the first one to the left entrance !! Had oil changed here and setup future appointment the following Monday to address issues vehicle had been having. Showed up Monday morning at designated time, stated what I needed done and left. Called back Iate afternoon after no updates, and was told it wouldn't be looked at until the next day. Not cool. I understand people get busy but this possibility should have been communicated by Joe Courtney when I dropped the vehicle off. I would have never agreed to leaving it. Just recently purchase a GT350R from this dealership. It was CPO without any accidents, clean carfax. I know the car had some work done on it previously but everything was "fixed". Drove it less than 50 miles to go back home and BOOM the check engine light pops up. Took it to another dealership and there seems to me numerous issues with the car. Went here to try to get an oil change because I live in the neighborhood behind it. I was told it would be 3 months before they had an opening. Unfortunately for them, this cost them a future sale. My lease is up in a few months and I would have gone to them because they are so close. Now I will go further away solely based on that experience. Probably not a good practice.

I bought a new 2015 fusion from this dealer October of 2014 in trying to use there service department over the years there has been nothing but problems. It took over a year for them to finally fix a seat belt recall. The turnover off help is so high that from visit to visit there where all new faces every time I showed up fot an oil change. They do not respond to phone calls as I would call and leave message's that would never be returned even when trying to schedule a factory recall. There was always a hour an a half wait... read more

Just left this location after attempting to get an oil change. The young man outside the service center directed us on where to go to get registered. The service man inside asked us if we had an appointment to which we replied no. The service man then said he would go look at the vehicle and would be back. He comes back in and says since we don't have an appointment that he cannot help us with the oil change. If they were that crowded why not turn us away initially?
