NEVER GO HERE FOR SERVICE ON YOUR FORD!!!! I went for a recall on an airbag they tried to charge me over $1,000 dollars for repairs that were linked to their changing out the recalled airbag , they were not helpful at all instead they were argumentative once I went down in person to speak to them they would not return my calls, answer phones, emails until days later..... but they were quick to try to have me repair items they found on their inspection list which had nothing to do with what I took the vehicle in for. I have bought two cars from them. A raptor and a flex. No troubles from the truck. The 2014 flex was bought in December of 2013. Last month (November 2018) the battery went bad. No biggie I thought, right on the front of the Motorcraft (Ford owned) battery is a big fat sticker, "36 months free replacement, and 100 months pro rated replacement" I called and spoke to Ryan at Joe Myers. Wow...So I bought a 60,000 thousand dollar vehicle from Joe Meyers and because the General Manager did not like the review I gave her on a problem I had with my truck I have now been banned from the Dealership and they will not my service my vehicle. I knew that the General Manager was terrible but I would have never guessed that she was petty as well. Stay away! Typical car dealer BS! On 12/1 I sent an email inquiring about a car. Thomas called back within the hour. Great! Set up an appointment for later in the day. Called before leaving the house to let him know I was coming & to have car ready. He was in finance with someone but no problem he'd be ready. Great! When I get there he's not available & sends someone else to help me. That person went to get the car but then returned to tell me it had been sold! Seriously!!!! Even after posting my review for over a year. I have never received a phone call to at least to find out what happened. Since I have many employees that work for me, I have pushed them to other ford dealerships to purchase there vehicles. This place is pathetic. On two separate occasions I inquired about one or their high end trucks with their internet sales person. Both times, I was told they would send me the quote/offer on the vehicle. Both times I received nothing even after follow up emails or calls. I have no idea how they stay in business. I can only imagine what their service department is like.

How you respond to a complaint shows a lot about how the business is ran. Since you want to bring in the company name into it, let's talk about how the company has bought 9 Ford trucks in 4 years with 3 different dealers and yet this dealer is the only one we can't receive proper customer service from. Still want to blame the tires even though it has been replaced by you guys? We let you replace it so you guys would stop blaming it everyone else after we replaced it 3 times. Okay, I had a shocker of an experience this afternoon. Back in December of 2016 I had my truck in for service at Joe Myers Ford and they took four days to replace the motor in a power window, with no loaner and not even so much as a ride to work when I dropped it off. So yeah, I gave them a bad review. Since then I've had it in for some recalls a few months back and gave them a good review for that because they said it would be a couple days but they did it all in less than a day. So my wife called on a Monday to bring our explorer in. Once they realized we did not buy the vehicle there they needed our VIN number. My wife gave them the number and they said a service representative will call her back. He could not set up an appointment during this call. That was Monday. Wednesday morning still no call.
