I took my CX-5 to Joe Myers to have gas pipe filler recall service performed. Brandon Lester was my service management contact. He was a delight to work with and the service was performed quickly and efficiently.

Joe Myers has always been good in terms of customer service and performing the service work itself. They may not be the fastest, but that is the only flaw. Everything else is spot on.

With the 290 expansion, the service entrance and line of cars almost reached the street at 7:30 AM Saturday. It makes it real difficult if you have someone going with you in a different car , so you can drop off yours for service.The dealership needs to look into a different entrance or expanding the area to accommodate. The staff in the service department is great , friendly and professional as always.
