I did gave a good review, but what happened to me this weekend went out of town was unacceptable, the car wouldnt start, and checked under the covered battery was a shock, the corrosion was grossly buildup around it. Apparently the caps on the battery were not fully snapped in which caused the liquid leaked out, the car was in serviced in Sept as scheduled and as I understood that they cleaned it, the battery was bought at the dealer too and still should be in warranty. I couldn't contact them. They never response text, email even call. I couldn't know my car repair status and they did not notice finished. So I cannot use my car during 1 week.
Good afternoon, My breaks are still not good. I have left numerous messages and I havent heard anything yet.
I went in for an oil change and who ever worked on my car took it upon their selves to reprogram the settings in my car. And I do not mean radio. I had doors unlocking and the lane assist had been changed. If I had wanted the features to work that way I would have set them as such, but I had it my way and did not appreciate the change.
Car was there for 3 days, my advisor ignored my calls and lied saying by car wasnt drivable.
I bought a brand new 2023 Kia from Joe Myers Kia on July 13th of this year (2022). Sadly they sold me a defective vehicle. It was broken when purchased, but we did not realize until after fincancing & paperwork was done. I Have driven it less than a week total & its in their service shop for the 4th time as we speak. It's beyond ridiculous & frustrating, worse of all they have not shown any remorse nor offered anything for my trouble, and their communication has been very poor. I brought my car in for 15K service, which includes an oil change and checking my filters. I had previously gotten my oil changed 10 days prior, so that service wasn't needed. Tell me why I sat there for almost 3 hours waiting for my car?! Then I had to bring back my car 9 days later for KIA to diagnose another issue they didn't have time for during my service. Well, they apparently didn't check my filters during my service and needed to be immediately replaced. Just don't bring your car here.
My experience was not good they took 2 hrs to change my oil and rotate my tires what makes it bad that they did not rotate my tires and they charge me for it this is mot the first time I notice they did not rotate my tires.This last tiem I mark my tires and that is how I found out they did not rotate the tirew
Experience started off great. After car was sold to me they did not meet my expectations and what they promised me. Very disappointed in their customer service.
