Horrible! The sales guy david nyugen lied to me several times. I spoke to him 15 minutes before we arrived and he told me he was looking at the car and that it was available. When I showed up 15 minutes later, he wouldn't come out of the back office and sent someone to tell me that the car just sold and they drove it off a lot. The gentleman that came out to tell me that the car wasn't available tried to redirect me to another car, which I felt was a bait and switch.Very disappointed I left, but before I left, I drove around... read more

After roughly $800 of services, the problem being addressed returned the next day, requiring me to rake it back. The diagnostic fee is waived when services are rendered, though.

A multimillion service shop like JM is interested in petty things like charging customers 3% for using credit cards. This behavior is ok for a small mom and pop store but does not suit a big service shop. Not to say that the pricing on services have gone significantly up in the last 2 years, but the fee is an example of hoe the shop is trying all ways to "make" money.
