There was nothing g wrong with my service writer. He was very nice and helpful. But. I had my oil changed and I hope the tech did that correctly because when I got home I realized that the service reminder had not been reset, half of the old next service sticker was still on the windshield. So I decided look under the hood. The cover over the battery terminal was dangling over the side of the battery and the clips to the air filter were not secured. We just use the service special for brake fluid exchange deal. The bad part is paying with credit card added on 3% convivence fee.

Worst Service of all. The Service Associate assigned to my request did not communicate properly at all. I dropped off my vehicle at 11 am and only to be informed at 330 pm that I need to pay additional money just for them to find out what is wrong with the vehicle. Despite being informing them the issue at the time of drop off + my 5K mileage service was also being performed - they still asked me to pay for additional money for diagnosis.
