After 1:15 minutes, they told me they would work on my car. Initially, they said it would take 1 to 1:30 minutes, but I waited for more than 2 and a half hours for a regular oil change. They don't care about customers at all.

It took hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. They charged 3% fee for using a credit card without prior notice.

Bad service, everytime they call for me to come, they tell me to wait longer and that wastes my time.

Picked up my truck after they perform an oil change and didn't clean the left oil residue, causing oil leaks under my truck and left a mess on my driveway a day later. I called the service center and said to bring my truck back and they would check for the oil leaks, causing me time and money. From now on I will probably take my truck to another Toyota dealership for any other maintenance issues.

Ken is always good but the flip side of the coin is every time i come in it costs a thousand plus and this one was hours longer than usual.

The service rep Joey was not bad. I was not happy to find out the fuel injector needed to be replaced on a 2024 Corolla. The vehicle was just outside of the warranty of course, and then we were told it was not covered. Initially when I researched the issue it was telling me it should be covered under the emission warranty of 8 years/80,000 miles, but was advised it was not.
