I bought the tires there. I take them for my free balances. They over the months knocked off all the center hubs and said they were old and cracked. Also, left grease hand prints on my white fj- can't even wipe it off?

I didn't go at 3/31/2025 because my last experience was not good specially for respect the customer and answer or return the call back or reply to emails
although i had reservation,it took for 4hours even if only oil change. walk in customer was prioritized than reservation customer.

After almost a year of zero issues I had to go see this service center to get a 2nd key delivered and for an airbag recall. During my first visit the technician forgot to take the vehicle out of programming mode, afecting all of the remote start functionality. Not a major issue but an inconvenince nonetheless. During the 2nd visit for a major airbag recall the technician(s) forgot to connect the rear sprayers and apparently didn't fully connect a wiring harness (this is what I was told), which two weeks later led to the dash... read more
Brought in for repair. Advisor either didn't show up for work or left early. No one called to tell me my car was done. If that person left then the manager need to make sure all the cars he was assigned to, notify the customer was they were done. I had a o call and find out.

I was told that I needed an appointment when I called about my the service I needed, which was only replacing a headlight bulb. So, the appointment was made for 1pm. I arrived at 12:45, I told the man that approached me that I was early, but I had an appointment for 1pm. He looked at his iPad, turned it around so I could see, and said he doesn't see my name.
