They couldn't find the problem
Dealer was full of staff but no one likes to work, mostly sat around doing nothing. A simple 15k Toyota service for my Prius took like 1.5h with very little being done but some tires pressure checked, upselling me all kinds of things I know I didn't need. After car was done no one called me, I had to go ask myself and founded out my service advisor had left for lunch. So they just left me sitting waiting if I hadn't asked. So professional! Very disappointed was charged extra and when asked what the charges where for service rep and lady at registered had no clue very unprofessional
My experience was what I expected that they were going to be playing number games with the car so I just left.
Waited too long for oil change and got charges &85 for the tech to tell me that my hatch need to be changed and will cost me &1000. No Thank You
They took advantage of my son (18 y/o) and completely over charged him for a tire rotation and rebalance. I will never go there again. I was going to purchase another vehicle there at Joe Meyers Toyota (Cypress, TX) for my now 16 y/o but will take my business and tell others to go anywhere else but there.
I came in for an oil change, recall and tire rotation. The recall was not completed correctly as the passenger side seatbelt chime would not shut off. The trie roatstion was competed and the tire pressure was never checked. One tire was 3 psi short. Lack of detail. Had to spend another Saturday morning without my vehicle to fix again
