The communication with Joella was horrible. On multiple occasions she would tell us she would call us in 15 or 20 minutes and days would go by without her calling us /emailing or messaging back. When we did talk with her she made us feel ignorant with the questions we had and she came off very arrogant at times. At some point, Audrey took over our file and we began working with her. Why waist my time , Joellla you never felt the need to answer us back on text or calls 90% of the time. you were very defensive and arrogant to first time home buyers that had no clue on how things worked. Audrey was great once she became point of contact.
