My client was not contacted until 5 days after the executed contract. I emailed Joella, the second day into the contract and no response. My client had tons of questions regarding the process and no one seemed to be able to answer them until I finally contacted you guys… again 5 days after the executed contract. They told my client they had the “wrong phone number” for her and had been trying to contact her. Then she tells me that anyone she spoke to with the exception of Mariano, was rude. Terrible communication, gave excuses for everything and did take any responsibility for the lack of and failure to close on time. Did not get to underwriter until day before original closing day. Spoke with manager and he stated he would follow up never did. I will let any and every agent I know about this particular closing and service provided

If the loan officer would have communicated better and answered her calls. Joella’s voicemail was and is always full, so we can’t leave messages. If it wasn’t for her assistant Laura Juarez I would not have been able to communicate with her.

Communicate with me an answer when I called. Myself and Title and my transaction coordinator reached out repeatedly with no response. We had to get buyers agent involved to get any type of update.

There was a lack of communication between team members at Town Square Mortgage. I would receive a phone call asking for items that were already submitted and nobody would communicate that to the other team members. There were too many people on the team that I did not know who my go-to person was. I would have to reach out about information such as the final closing disclosure and appraisal report. A lot of Miss communication. For us being first time buyers was a horrible horrible experience not sure if thats that case on every single one. but last minute paper work. underwriter literally giving us and dina a really really hard time on the time of closing. we got 2 hours later wainting on the underwriter to send the finals numbers for Ernest money our realtor gabriela medina was on top of everything keeping us informed with everything so hopefully we can work with her on the future

More communication and explaining what is happening. Many first time home buyers are seeing a lot of Real Estate vocabulary for the first time, and while it may be every day use to people in Real Estate, first time home buyers may have no idea what the words on the documents mean.
