So many things went wrong with this file Lack of communication from everyone in the Benson team. My messages calls texts emails were ignored for several hours sometimes days Very unprofessional My clients did not trust this team because of the lack of communication No urgency Joella stopped responding and just had someone else take over who was such great help . Joella closed the transaction on time but I would of liked updates( survey/appraisal order, appraisal done, file in uw, etc.) Lastly just before closing, whoever she handed closing to almost caused a closing delay due to something very minor- home warranty selection.

Better communication. Was given timeframes that were not met. When I asked about them, the responses were slightly rude and vague. Have worked on 2 deals where the buyer used town square mortgage. Both did not close on time and took multiple attempts on my part to figure out what was going on. Would not recommend.

Joella was great, however her team did not communicate effectively. I was unsure of when we would close and that was frustrating to my client, especially since we had already pushed closing back a week. My client was hoping for a quicker close, so he could use the funds of his sale for a down payment towards his next home.

Communication was there, but there were several occasions where we were asked for the same documents several times after we had already submitted them. We were also contacted by several associates and we were confused who to rely on. The thing that made us most upset was on closing day, where a cashiers check was submitted a week prior and no one said anything about us having it made incorrectly.
