I represented the seller in a recent transaction and it seems the buyer was not 100% cooperative in getting information to Joella in a timely manner. Lack of communication through process. Lender needed extension and did not disclose was changing funding type to seller until second extension. All communication until last extension request was vague. Closed file more than 2 weeks later than stated. When file was discussed at offer seller was told the file had been completely vetted and had been under contract prior so no issues closing.
