The food and drinks were top notch. In the dining area it was extremely noisy with a big group that was over the top. Their kids were running around all through the tables and standing on the chairs disturbing myself and other guests. Their kids staff nor the manager did anything about it. This made eating dinner difficult, less enjoyable and we couldn’t wait to leave.

I like to add a note on March 30th Matteo one of the managers contacted me and acknowledged the issue he was very sincere and apologized and made me feel heard. This is the kind of service I expected from Joey. I appreciate him being caring and professional taking the time and hearing me out and resolving this issue. Terrible experience.. this was the worst experience ever. The service was terrible and the wait time to get served was so long. This is a review regaring my experience during my recent birthday celebration with my family, which unfortunately did not meet expectations. Our server, Stella, did not take our main food order until about an hour after we were seated. Our food arrived roughly two hours after we arrived, and during that time no one checked in on our table. The hostess was lovely, efficient, friendly and polite. We were seated at a table with two low slung chairs one of which was broken, neither of which should have been used at a dining table. We changed them for ones at an empty table beside us. We ordered drinks while waiting for friends and waited 25 minutes for a bottle of sparkling water and a beer. Waited again to place our order. Booked a reservation two weeks in advance for a dining room table for 10 and they seated us at the bar on a high table instead. Requested that apps come before the food and everything came at the same time. Service was incredibly slow and we waited for an hour for the bills. The waitress seemed new and I’m not sure why they would assign her to a large party. Very disappointed in the service, but the food was great.

The food,.....Baja Fish Tacos were an absolute disappointment. Complained to the restaurant manager and I was refunded the amount I had paid for the dish, No refund on the GST . Will not have the same at Joeys ever again. The fish in the tacos were nib lets or less with no distinct pieces of fish. More lettuce & cover up stuff rather than an actual meal. The virgin Caesar was overpriced also along with the fact that more volume was taken up with pieces of ice cube rather than Clamato itself.
