Service was awful, we sat for 15 minutes and no one tended to us so we left.
I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I recently visited Joey’s Don Mills for my daughter’s birthday, and it was the worst experience I’ve had at any Joey’s location. The food was good—everyone at our table was happy with their meals. But everything else left a lot to be desired. I had reserved a table for 8. Just like most things in Canada this restaurant has gone downhill quickly. There’s no proper seating for a date night, the vibe is like sitting in a fish market, the music was playing so loud as if to distract from the poor experience that they are offering now - likely because they have to cut costs everywhere. The servers did their best. The management should be fired. I am never coming to this place again.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food was very disappointing, especially the salmon. When I mentioned to one of the servers that the food was not good and that I really didn’t enjoy it, they simply took the rest of the plates away without offering any solution or even showing concern. Since it was my birthday, I chose not to let it ruin my night and just let it go. However, I’m truly disappointed by both the poor food quality and the lack of care from the staff.
The service was great and the staff were very friendly! I’m looking forward to visiting this location again.
Some really bad menu changes. Guacamole should always be available nd the butter chicken was a favourite. Too much seafood on your menu. Ambiance and service is fabulous Derrick was great !!!
I recently visited Joey Don Mills for my birthday, and unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with the experience. The food quality was decent, but the portion sizes have noticeably become smaller compared to before, especially considering the high prices. We had a reservation for 8:15 PM and even arrived a little earlier, but despite being there on time, we were only seated at 8:35 after repeatedly following up, even though there were empty tables available.
