On a day when the restaurant was experiencing tech issues, our hostess and server were calm, cool under pressure and completely professional as usual. We were both on a time crunch but came early and were served super fast. Thank you to your staff for another great dining experience.
We come back time again to Joey Kelowna as we love how friendly the staff is as well as the fantastic food!

It was my birthday and we had a large group and we were very well looked after. The staff was attentive and helpful and the food was great. I had put together a list of appetizers and how I wanted them served and everything was perfect. Great server named Peyton. Highly recommend.

I went to Joey for a family celebration. Immediately, all 8 of us were greeted with complimentary wine. We sat outside on the patio which was beautiful. Our server, Sierra was amazing. The manager, Matt, had even stopped by to welcome us at the start and to check in periodically with us! Overall, the experience from start to finish was top notch and my family and I loved it. I come in very frequently to Joey and the bar manager Matt is outstanding each and everytime. He's so helpful and accommodating and always makes my experience wonderful !!

We were seated fairly close to the door with our reservation. Some in our party found it a little cold during dinner. Food was fast and tasty. Alexandra’s service was great. Lava cake was fantastic. Good value on the happy hour burger and beer.
