We visited JOEY in Kelowna for the first time, and we had a fantastic experience\! The staff were super friendly, the service was excellent, and the food tasted amazing\. Our group appreciated the quality of the food and the fact your happy hour went until 6 pm. Open table was another issue. The base reservation was fine. Modifying was another story. I made it very clear that we needed 12 seats in the dining room. I modified the booking to adjust the number of people to 10, the confirmation came back indicating the heated patio. Not acceptable. Changed it again and it came back to the lounge. No acceptable. I phoned and spoke to a staff member who made the correction. I even stated that we ha... read more
As always the service was great! Thomas was our server. The food was delicious! Very busy so a bit noisy but we really enjoyed out visit.

We had booked a booth in the lounge to be able to watch the baseball game. When we got there none were really available but within minutes one was and the hostess got things cleaned up quickly so we could have that booth. The food was delicious, as always. The service was superb too. Thanks again

The sirloin steak was very tough and difficult to cut up. The broccoli was seared with a propane flame and there was the taste of propane on it. I was surprised at the cost of a Sushi roll being $25 when there wasn’t anything overly unique or spectacular about it. Overall, I was disappointed with quality of food in comparison to other franchises such as the keg. The servers were very kind, but I don’t think I’ll be back.
The staff were all amazing as usual. Our family has multiple food allergies and we felt confident while ordering and dining that all our requests were handled perfectly. Everything was amazing - food, drinks, staff, wait times and overall vibe. We eat here regularly and it never disappoints.
