Had a really good experience and got a cheesecake on the house!!
We all liked our meals: chicken parmesan, the cod and ravioli and would recommend all three. The complimentary dessert was a bonus and also delicious. It was crème brûlée cheesecake! Yum yum

Food was awesome, dinner service was great. However upon entering the restaurant there was a bottle neck of people waiting to be seated. Even those of us with reservations had to stand around and wait even though there were many empty tables in both lounge and dining room. It felt uncomfortable shuffling around by the hostess station making room for more people entering the restaurant.
Great service. Staff were very friendly and respectful even with a large group had come in.

Fabulous dinner and drinks at Joey Kelowna. The service was exceptional - from being greeted with bubbly at the front door to the manager popping by and servers might be best in the city. A great experience and 1/2 price bottles of wine on Tuesdays! Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere as well.

We arrived earlier than our reservation so the hostess sat us at the bar until our table was ready which we were totally fine with however we were not offered complimentary bubbly. We ordered drinks and waited for our table. Saturday was busy, restaurant was full which is what you want. Once we were seated we waited for drinks. There were two bartenders on and they were backed up which our server kept telling us as we had empty glasses. Food was good. We will be back but as a regular customer we were a little disappointed.
