Second year in a row the wife and I book in for Valentines. I don’t know if it’s new management or owners, but don’t think we will be back. We had our first date here when it was Joey’s Tomato about 20 plus years ago. We have been going half a dozen times a year but the last few years haven’t been the best. Food is always good. It’s the service and atmosphere that makes it not work it anymore.

I should have taken pictures like they say, always bring the receipts.So I had the chicken wings and the mushrooms.It was a lunch, the chicken wings.Some of them were so small.It was embarrassing for joey's the mushrooms.They were the miso I guess the flavor I don't know.I couldn't finish them. Great service, but $20 for chicken wings, and they're like the smallest wings I've ever had Do better guys

Everything was great except for a discrepancy upon billing. We ordered from the Happy Hour menu well within the time limit. We ordered a Happy Hour beverage off of the proper menu and were charged a different price…..
Changes to the restaurant are not an improvement. It’s now crowded and noisy and just like any other bar

Very disappointed. We were regulars at Joeys in North Vancouver. We chose this restaurant thinking it would be the same calibre. Unfortunately it was a shadow of the other Joeys. We waited a long time for our order to be taken, had to ask multiple times for water. My second drink was brought to me after we had finished eating despite being ordered par way through. The menu print was waaaay too faint and the lighting was horrible. The menu changed and my favourite dish I came for , Sweet Chilli Chicken, was removed. After remodelling the Kelowna BC location and removing barriers the noise level is unacceptable making a civilized table conversation impossible. It will be a long time before we return. Doris H.

Service was amazing, the food was not good! I ordered the crusted salmon, which was NOT crusted it just has wet soggy herbs on top that look like wet parsley! Mashed potatoes and veg were good! Very disappointed in the service. Scattered thr whole evening. Offered sparkling wine while we waited for our friend to arrive and then never received and instead someone else came to bring us to our table (although we asked to wait for friend outside) then no one came to our table and then one random waitress said she was not our waitress but offered us water while we waited.
