Steak was not tasty, service was mediocre, salads delivered with meal rather than before. 3 of the people out of 4 rated their meal below expectation. First time I have every been disappointed at Joeys. Considering the money spent and the overall experience it may be a while before any of us return.

Service and food is always good. Some of our food items were cold when we revived our meals. Took a long time to receive our food and even longer for dessert. Restaurant was busy but our service was not quite as good as we usually receive. We have been coming for years and find that food is not as warm as it should be for the prices.

Our service was terrible, we had to ask 2 people to take our order. Our server never once asked how the meal was - we watched him chatting it up with other tables while we waited. The worst was when he was at our table and my boss was paying her bill - we had 2 separate bills, she paid the one and then he turns around and says someone is at the door and I think they need my help more and leaves with the machine - we waited about 5 more minutes before he came back so we could finish paying. We sat outside the music was blaring with the road noise it was unbearable. Service was slow and the food mediocre at best.

The service could have been more professional. Took long to get food. Sangria should not be served in a drink glass.

I understand that having staff is a problem of the unusual times we are a living through. However, I was disappointed with the service we received from beginning to end. If a person cannot even say hello to the customers and smile at the start of occasion...poor in my opinion. The service was well below the standard I have come to expect at Joey's...based on many visits over a number of years.

I had an onion allergy on my reservation. I advised again and waitress checked with The chef and the pasta, spaghetti entree was said to be onion free. However, by the time I got home I knew that something in that dish had onion. It could have been the sauce, which could have had onion powder but they should be aware what ingredients are in their food. We have eaten there before and will go back, but I will ask more questions of them.
