No waiter looked at us for the first 20 minutes the after we got our food they didn’t come back to our table to ask if we need anything . Poor service
It is just so loud and difficult to hear the person right next to you. We do love the bar area on the patio!
This was by far the worst customer service experience we had at Joey. Service was very slow, we had to wait a while for our entree order to be taken. We asked for a clean bowl for our shells when the one provided for our seafood tower was full, the bowl was never delivered. We waited for our entrees for 45 minutes and then finally asked somebody and they were delivered right away but they were getting cold. Food was completely cold. Ordering a ribeye over $100 you think it would come out on a hot plate or the food would be some what warm. It was just disappointing, I did not want to complain since it was a celebration for my daughter and did not want to distract from the moment. Needless to say I honestly will not be going back.
Ella provided us with excellent service. The food as always was delicious and plated, beautifully, but noticed on the new menu you had eliminated some of our favorites and had another price increase. we were disappointed.

Sadly the bartender was not at all interested in providing quality service!
The restaurant vibe was good as was our server, however the food was poor. We ordered the ravioli bianco with sirloin, steak and lobster spaghetti (2) and the ceviche as an appetizer. After about 20 minutes and no appetizer arriving, we figured we should put the main course order in. Ultimately it took over 30 minutes for to get the appetizer and almost 1 hour for the main course. I’ve been a regular at the NPB location since it opened and always love the food and atmosphere. However, on our last visit, we waited 45 minutes for our table despite having a reservation. I hope management can address this bottleneck - it's a great spot, but the wait times definitely need improvement!
