Booked a reservation for 5:00pm but still had to wait on our table. Server was awful, we waited ten minutes for her to bring us menus and another ten minutes to bring us water. After ordering, she asked about allergies and I stated pepper flakes. She acknowledged that and completed the order. Once our meal arrived, my dish had a significant amount of pepper flakes in it. DO NOT eat upstairs at Joey's Sherway, worst experience. I went on NYE and it was freezing. I couldn't take my parka off, my food came to the table and we wanted to wait until everyone got their food, it got cold waiting for other entrees. The have blankets on each chair because they know its not the right temperature up there. Never again. Joey's yorkdale upstairs seating is beautiful and warm, I'll go there next time.
It was so insanely cold. Could not enjoy the experience at all. Close the rooftop you guys are unreal for putting customers through that.
Service was poor. Sat upstairs at a high top close to the windows and it was freezing cold. Made for an uncomfortable experience.
Not the best experience, food and service can be better. Happy hour was not good and drinks were not great. Wine options were very limited.
There was no hibachi wings or bang bang chicken after the server was going to take our order.
Attentive service however food was not good-worst fish tacos I’ve ever had!
