Reserved upstairs but was so cold. although the electric heaters are on, customers had to wear their coat to eat. requested to move to first floor where the room temperature was warm. however the lighting was so poor. couldnt read the menu! eventually picked a common dish chicken with spaghetti
Espresso and chicken for lettuce wraps were cold. It was quite loud too
Food was cold, utensils dirty. Not a great experience.
I had to go and find the waitress twice to order.

I had an absolutely awful experience at Joey’s on Sunday, Dec 14. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. A waitress angrily brought a virgin mojito none of us ordered, even though all five of us at the table clearly heard my friend order a virgin strawberry cocktail, and instead of clarifying politely, she gave us a nasty attitude—something we didn’t deserve due to a hearing issue on her end. Went to lunch with my wife. She loved her meal. I had the burger which was 26$. It was covered in a salty sauce with very little flavour. Add an onion and a tomato and provide relish and mustard and you might have something. Overpriced for what i got.
Service was terrible from the host being unfriendly and didn’t greet properly, to the server who showed up maybe 4 times in 2h. Feel free to contact me for more details
