I was very disappointed with the experience tonight. My wife ordered the farmers market salad and she asked for no chicken. The server brought her the farmers market with chicken on it. She said she would make up for the error by giving us a couple of free cheesecakes. The cheesecakes came out before our main dishes. Went there for the world cup game and got a table upstairs. For the entire space just 2 tv and no game audio. Most of the fans were broken, it was extremely hot. Food was ok. Service not great, left with dirty plates for long time and waiters did not check on us sufficiently. I have been to Joey’s before and had good experience but not this time.
It was a bad experience starting with interaction at the chaotic host desk on arrival. We ended up leaving before ordering food
Our experience was unfortunately very disappointing. We had three different servers throughout the evening. While one of them provided excellent service, having multiple people taking our orders resulted in confusion and several mix pups. The food was well below expectations. We would honestly rate it 1/10, as it did not meet even basic expectations for quality. The waiter was excellent but the problem was my dinner came out and there was a hair in it .. no problem.. they took it back and made a new one. As im eatting the food I felt something in my mouth.. I PULLED out another hair out of my mouth! I had told a server, the manager came and apologized.. My point is it was very disappointing that not 1 time but 2 time I had hair in my food.. for a very highly recommended place im very disappointed. Also the amount of money I spent for dinner as well..
