This poor waiter was the most horrible waiter ever! He was nice though, maybe not smart enough to know he was horrible. He came to the table nicely, took our order(slowly). Asked several several times for us to repeat what we wanted(4 people only 2 had alcohol drinks, one was WATER and the other bubbly water with cranberry - not hard). We booked for Friendsmas Dinner. Server was moody, rude and very slow. Could definitely see she didn’t want to be there: we waited almost an hour for an appetizer, 20min for drinks and was told they were out of things we tried ordering. Overall disappointed
My only complaint will be the 2hr table enforcement, I mean how can you enjoy a night with family, friends to celebrate a birthday when you are constantly push to hurry because the place is fully packed. I understand the logic, but I hate it, first time since Covid that I get that feeling to hurry because they probably over booked the place or were not ready for so many people.
It was not the first time here, but this time very disappointed ; we booked a table at the patio but the we got a table at lounge /bar; we came to have our Anniversary dinner Food : my steak was not possible to chew ( And finally : recite , we ordered 2 steaks but in our bill was 3 ; I saw that and mentioned to the server , he just said “oh sorry guys for that” Can’t recommend

The food was great, however the service was really slow and not overly polite. I almost felt like I was bothering them when I needed service. I don’t think I would recommend this place. We had two servers. One male and female. The female was very nice. The Male was not.

We had an allergy table and our dairy allergic daughter was given cheese in her burger. It took 10 min and multiple attempts to flag down our server and then another 15 min to get a replacement burger. Meanwhile everyone else was done eating. The manager and server were very apologetic and comped her meal but still an unfortunate experience, especially because it would have been a whole lot worse if the allergy kid had eaten the cheese without realizing. I went there after a very long time after my kid insisted. I drove 45 mins for the restaurant. Overall the food, service , entire experience was not good at all. There were lots of problems in order delivered to our table, drinks were not correct! Not happy with the place at all. Very disappointing!!
Meal was fantastic service was mediocre. I appreciate quick service which is what we got, but I don’t understand how you can drop food or drinks off to a table and never make eye contact or be so interested in what’s going on around you that you just drop food off and walk away?
