Food is consistent. Drinks are phenomenal-as always when you go to Joeys. However, a little disappointed with this experience. I booked a reservation a few days prior, and was going with 4 of my girlfriends to celebrate my mini bachelorette. I specifically chose a table in the upstairs lounge for us on Saturday night. When we arrived on the night of, the hostesses informed us that they had a party of 20 upstairs and that we had to sit in the main lounge instead. Server was great … he was the best part I told them this was for my wife’s birthday and this was family dinner. Instead of putting in a nice quiet area they put in the bar area. I asked to be moved and they moved us just over a few tables. I would not recommend it for family dinners

I’ve Been to this location a few times now, this is the first time we didn’t get great service. We had to wait to get Ice and lemons for our water. Appetizer; lettuce wraps came we didn’t get side plates or tongs (came when we were almost done eating). No steak knife. The service wasn’t the greatest

I understand it was busy, food came fries and burger cold, cauliflower not cooked throughout, steak frites not cooked to proper temp.

Made reservations at 630 for 6 people. Reservation stated complimentary drink at the door..They had drinks service at the door that was being handed out to folks but not one person in our party was asked of they would like one. My Wife and Friend went up and asked for one for us but they said they were out but 2 minutes later they were handing them to new guests. There was no mention of it coming shortly.
