Everything made us sick , everything also took forever , bathroom is up two flights of stairs from the main area , do not recommend whatsoever.
Been to a few Joey locations but had the worst experience at this one. After being seated our server came to check on us multiple times within a short span of time then disappeared for over an hour. We asked another server walking by and she said our server was someone else which didnt make sense because the person mentioned didn’t come over at all since we were seated. The reason I come to Joey’s is because it is consistent, but this time it fell flat and underwhelming and I don’t think I’ll be back. Firstly we were walked to sit at a dirty table, we had to awkwardly stand and wait until the server cleaned the table. We walked past a clean table so I wondered if we could have just been offered that table instead - but were not. We always enjoy this location. However, we are finding the music level is much louder and making it quite challenging to have a conversation with other people at the same table. This is frustrating as we find ourselves yelling across the table. Food was satisfactory, specifically the Mediterranean bowls which lacked flavour.

It was my birthday, we ordered sharable apps, mostly finger food like chicken wings. We had to asked for wet hand wipes, extra napkins… this should just come to the table automatically with this type of finger food especially considering the washrooms are quite the trek upstairs away from the main dining seating on the main level. No dessert menu, coffee or tea was offered after or even a candle in a small treat to spilt. Quite disappointing. Won’t celebrate a birthday here again.

Server was not attentive. Barely came around to check on us. Had empty drink glasses on our table, walked right passed us without checking in.
