Had a nice visit overall good vibes and friendly staff. Just a small reminder to anyone stopping by during Happy Hour: make sure to double-check your bill to confirm the specials were applied. Mine wasn’t, and I didn’t bring it up at the time, but it’s worth keeping an eye on. Still an enjoyable experience!
It’s was extremely busy, the service was great but the food was cold. When your spending over $100 dollars for cold food it ruins it.
Waited 40 minutes after my reservation to be seated. Received poor service and attention from the wait staff. The restaurant was super busy and loud.
Service was somewhat slow, although our server was pleasant. The food was incredibly disappointing. I had the tuna poke bowl which I’ve had much much much better at cactus club. Not to mention the value was incredibly poor for the food we received.

We visited for a night out with friends and had mixed feelings about our experience. The food and drinks were both very good — definitely the highlight of the evening. However, the service was extremely disappointing. While we understood it was a busy night, it became pretty clear that our table was being avoided by our server throughout the evening. Dear General Manager of Joey Sherway, While dining at an off peak hour, 4:15, our overall experience was subpar and not Joeys standards of service. While Rachael did her best, I was left feeling what has happened to this restaurant. Value was definitely not there anymore. An apple juice and a Sapporo took over 15 minutes to arrive and when the beer came it was very clear it sat at the bar too long, flat and dried out foam.
