was here for my birthday with some friends end of march, worst service ive had in years, drinks took upwards of ten minutes to arrive, multiple rounds were ordered, each taking longer then the last. food was good not great, steak was meh, sushi was really good. dont think ill be back anytime soon. (party of 5)
Service was great, their Joey Genuine Draft was good, but serving cold over cooked shoestring fries and med/rare steak that was so rare the garlic butter on top wouldn’t melt. Probably won’t return but the beer was good. 2 ⭐️s at best.
We love eating at Joey, but we just went there last night. We took our two daughters, who are not babies and old enough to eat off the menu, and we didn’t get service after being seated for 15 mins. Not even a check in or anything. It was not busy and it was clear families are not welcome. We had to walk out as it was clear we weren’t going to be served. We were disappointed in the service as we normally love Joeys.
Sat for over an hour and no appetizers. mains finally arrive and they're cold. asked for a Manager and got a "shift lead". we were there for a 27th Anniversary Dinner. needless to say, we were extremely dissatisfied with the service.
My friends and I used to love going to Joey to enjoy some great food and drinks to all catch up! We were really looking forward to our last visit which ended up the worst experience I’ve ever had. Unfortunately our first round of drinks came out 20 min after we had ordered and the shots were not correct. We are all in the service industry so we understood and wanted another round just made the correct way next time. That did not happen. Went there to have a nice quick drink and appy with my aunt and ended up having a waitress that cared more about the men then any of the women in her section took 25 minutes to get service from her, plus ordered hot wings to find out they were completely raw and getting sick and stale dry ribs so paid 37$ for three drinks lol what a joke. No sympathy from the waitress at the end so. No happy.

Ordered some alcohol to go with my dinner from Joeys south common, White Claws I’m thinking, oooh Mango Flavoured! Drive 30 mins to pick up dinner to treat the lady tonight! 30 min drive back home, open our bags to devour our delicious dinner and we get this.....Really...a clear garbage bag of Mangos...like actual Mangos! Not alcohol, not vodka seltzer’s....Fruit...a clear garbage bag of fruit. This is real, I was not too pumped to say the least and the food way meh to be honest. (*edit, the mangos were actually pretty good)
