I can always count on Joeys for good food and great service, until this evening. After informing a manager that the bathroom taps and hand drying machines were not properly working and therefore below health standards, I was met with defensiveness and aggression. He approached my table to inform me I was incorrect and "did not appreciate the complaint", interrupting our dining experience and actually making me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I have had numerous experiences where our server was very invasive and made the whole experience super awkward. Not a place to go if you want to relax and enjoy the company of your group, without 20 questions from someone you don't know.

We've been here 20 plus minutes, told two girls our drink orders combined three times and still no drink. The person who delivered our appetizers dropped the plate on the table, didn't say anything and didn't give us any side plates. The girl who took our order did not read it back to us or tell us anything about our sides. This place has become progressively worse the last four or five times we've been here. This may be our last
