This place has been my favorite place for the last several years. I love the steak i get there, unfortunately i was disappointed last time i went in there. I ordered newyork steak to be cooked medium but it was almost raw. Had hard time chewing it and i couldnt finish it. It was the first time i didnt finish my meal. Hope it dosent happen again and keep their standard to maximam.

Went there last night and received horrible service. Was seated by the hostess and a waitress came to take our drink orders. A waiter came by a few minutes later and we were told he would be serving us not her. He noted that I had not received my drink yet, which was just a coke. He said he would "check on it". 10 minutes later he came back and we asked him again if I could get my drink. He said once again, he would check on it. Had what I would call a bewildering experience at Joey South Common today. A few coworkers and I went for lunch, and although it wasn't a bad time by any means, it was just a bit odd. We were sat by the hostess, and then a server came and took our drink order. Somebody else dropped off our drinks, and then another girl came over and introduced herself as our server (which seemed weird since our drink order was already taken). Thanks for the FOOD POISONING! What an absolutely terrible 48 hours after having lunch on Monday. Please take more care in cooking your chicken wings properly, I had enjoyed them for years growing up. Now I doubt I will ever be able to take a chance at eating them again.

Went to lunch with two friends on a cold and snowy day last week and we all ordered the cream of mushroom soup, along with a Caesar salad for me and a chicken sandwich for them. The soup was not only lukewarm and not fully cooked (it still had a distinctive floury taste) but it was almost $8 for literally about 250 ml in a large oval bowl (which made it look even chintzier, if possible) I very politely told the waitress, who agreed that they've had several complaints now that they started making it in house, but didn't do a... read more

I can always count on Joeys for good food and great service, until this evening. After informing a manager that the bathroom taps and hand drying machines were not properly working and therefore below health standards, I was met with defensiveness and aggression. He approached my table to inform me I was incorrect and "did not appreciate the complaint", interrupting our dining experience and actually making me feel uncomfortable and unwanted.
