We were there yesterday(south common location) with my husband for father's day dinner.We like joeys, we always go there and always order rainbow roll sushi and hot wings as a starter.Yesterday sushi came wrong "they always put crab in it but yesterday they put something it was look like tuna fish" and sushis smell terrible we couldnt eat.When we asked our server she said that "they always make their rainbows like this" but nooo we always eat order rainbow, its not! My husband and I walked out before service. That was a first ever. I actually tried leaving a private message but it wanted me to retype everything into an email. Not happening. I'm not wasting any more time.
Normally good service but today was absolutely shitty almost got our food before our drinks wasn't offered water... and fucked up my drink order
This place has been my favorite place for the last several years. I love the steak i get there, unfortunately i was disappointed last time i went in there. I ordered newyork steak to be cooked medium but it was almost raw. Had hard time chewing it and i couldnt finish it. It was the first time i didnt finish my meal. Hope it dosent happen again and keep their standard to maximam.
