John was absolutely super...he would always be accessible and look into any of my concerns/issues. While John was great, the loan processor was good. It would of been helpful to take the time on the various ‘asks’ that were requested for the loan. Often time I was confused as I had either sent the documents or the information was partially sent as was not clear with communications. However, I would contact John and he would step in and clarify information needed. Would recommend.
