It was a great experience with knowledgeable friendly staff. Mason did a great job from start to finish making my first time new car buying a great experience.
Our experience at this dealership was great. We were greeted immediately by Jarrod. Jarrod was very courtesy and helpful. Although we were there this day for just an oil change Jarrod provided other service information and pricing that was very helpful and that we plan to have done in the future.
Such a wonderful experience. I don't even mind that it took longer than expected. Weston and Amy went above and beyond for me. I love that Linda joked with me. You guys truly put me at ease and helped restore my faith in Honda. I've already sent a couple people your way.
I have always purchased my vehicles from John Hinderer. I’m on my 6th vehicle from there. The last van I purchased and the last service experience I had were not the best, but yesterday when I bought my Civic I had the best experience I’ve ever had there! Way to make improvements!
Work done faster then expected. Very. Nice waiting area with refreshments and WiFi. Employees were courteous and attentive. Would go back if I needed any work done.
Shopping at John Hinderer Honda was a absolutely wonderful experience.. Old cliche “ great car at a great price!” Sales staff were friendly with no pressure. Melissa and Amy were exceptional. Gene from financing tied everything up nicely plus a great personality. Thanks everyone!
They were awesome in the service department. Took good care of me and my car and were very friendly. Well worth the wait and the money.
My husband brought the car in for oil change and tire rotation. He had to wait quite a while but was not at all upset about it. Talked about your waiting area still being very nice.
Normally I give 5 stars cuz you all do an excellent job. The problem I have is I don’t like leaving a service center only to see error lights on my dash. It feels like I have to do something I don’t normally do and do not have any mechanical knowledge. I know it sounds trivial but I didn’t know if low pressure was safe or not. So then my husband wants me to drive there to get air in my tires. I don’t feel like walking in and asking. Not that the guy was rude but he wasn’t understanding or happy to help.
