Normally I give 5 stars cuz you all do an excellent job. The problem I have is I don’t like leaving a service center only to see error lights on my dash. It feels like I have to do something I don’t normally do and do not have any mechanical knowledge. I know it sounds trivial but I didn’t know if low pressure was safe or not. Service was phenomenal and timely, but there was no enforcement of any kind of social distancing or mask policy in the waiting area. People should be required to observe these practices in any public location/business.
Everyone was very helpful and informative. Louis told me that I had been paying for oil changes and was not supposed to, so he ensured I would get this one for free per my contract. He was very nice and relatable.
Inwas really upset because we had just bought our car just over a month ago and we had to replace our tire but everyone did what they could to help and gave us the tire for a discount. It really proved to me I was in the right place.

Very Positive, never pressured into service I don't need I have been using John Hinderer's service department for more than 17 years. It is one of the few automotive service departments I that I have confidence that I am not be sold services or repairs I do not need. Recently, I accidentally forgot to turn off the accessory function and drained the battery. I could not jump start the car and called AAA for assistance.
