Everyone I talked with was very friendly and helpful. They repaired my vehicle. There was one small problem when I went to pick my vehicle up,but they fixed it and made it right. My vehicle looks great! I'm very satisfied with their work.

I’ve been going to John Hinderer for my vehicle purchases and scheduled maintenance since 2009. They have a great staff and the associate John Lee was a big help on our most recent purchase.

Great Service, as always Maintenance was completed well before time estimate. Nice! Customer service is always 5-star and remained so during my recent visit. You all are great! One thing. I was uncomfortable seeing that none of the customer service reps wore masks. I am extremely cautious during these times and take all necessary precautions. Thank you for your service and attention! Pleasant Yes, it was a very good experience. I like the friendly effective approach. I went in for a oil change and got so much more! And it was no charge!
I was extremely surprised to see not one service employee wearing a mask. Only the woman inside working the snack area was wearing a mask.

I have had good service and the service members are polite and helpful. My vehicle seemed fixed, but the engine light came back on a couple hours later. Even though the problem was not fully diagnosed the first time, the service member ran the diagnostic a second time free of charge and ultimately fixed the problem.
