Did not accomplish anything I needed them to. I had an appointment to fix my screen display and get an oil changed. When I arrived, I had told them I was leaving my car there and I would come back later to pick it up. I received a call a few hours later regarding the display screen and the solution to fix it. Awesome customer service Came in out of warranty about a problem known to Honda but not a recall. I asked to have it considered by Honda. Jonathan contacted them and saved me thousands. Reflected well on both the service department and on Honda.
Awesome Customer Service The people at Hinderer are professionals that love making things happen for customers. They have always been prompt and courteous and always make certain I am completely satisfied. My last visit for an oil change also discovered a slow leak in a tire. They had the tire replaced and the oil change completed with only a slight delay in the promised delivery time. Oil Change I scheduled the oil change with the receptionist who quoted me with exactly what I had to pay. Mr. Cody Ketter was very professional. The service experience was exceptional.
Great experience. Went to this dealership before making a final decision on new vehicle. Dustin, our salesperson, listened to our needs and wants. He was very patient w/many questions from my husband. He suggested a vehicle that was most recently for sale on the lot. It met all our desires. Everyone who assisted w/preparation of vehicle to all the paperwork were very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I had a wonderful experience.

very efficient-fair pricing-explained things well I had new tires put on-cory the fellow helping me was extremely helpful-not pushy -felt he gave me a fair price for my new tires-I had researched pricing ahead of time.
