Oil change. They did a great job! I think Cody and Jacob helped me but not sure. Never the less they were professional and friendly. I was pleased with the service.
Great Amenities The waiting room had awesome amenities! The waite time, to get my car serviced, was an hour however time flew by as I was entertained by the staff.
Nice Express Service 9/9/19 Very efficient and polite service on a Monday at the dealership for an A1,2 service on our 2018 Accord. Very friendly folks and liked the Express Service option.
Great service dept. I was at the service dept. for an oil change on my 18 Honda van. They were very friendly and helpful. I was told there was also a radio recall and they would reprogram it when they finished the oil change. They were right on time with the time frame given. The price of the oil change was about the same as if I had done it myself. I will let them do from now on. Definitely a great experience all the way.
Bryan was great and I would recommend him to everyone! I came in for my regular maintenance and Bryan informed me of all of the recommended services on my vehicle. He kept me updated and he was very nice!
These folks cared about me!! The atmosophere was welcoming, Saalesman, Jason, was very understanding of my needs, he was professionable, intelligent regarding the car I was interested in and gave me a price I could not refuse! The entire sale took less than two hours for paperwork, etc. to be completed and I left a VERY satisfied Honda customer!!!
Lack of words to express my gratitude! John Hinderer Honda is one of a few service stations open on Sunday. Needless to say my car needed to be serviced and was hauled into Hinderer Honda by AAA on Sunday morning. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, caring and helpful to figure out the problem with my car. I am grateful to Cory P. for all of his help and to Quinten N. for diagnosing the problem!
