2019 Honda Ridgeline - Black Edition I worked with Jason Waldren and he exceeded my expectations. I knew what I wanted and my desire was to complete as much of the process over text and phone that was possible. My parents has leased a car from Jason that same month and raved about the process. The Honda genius was super helpful in getting me setup as technology has certainly changed in the last 9 years. I would recommend this dealership and Jason W. if you’re in the market for a Honda.
Great service. Earlier this year, a headlight went out while I was driving through Ohio. I stopped here and they installed a new bulb and I was on my way. This trip I needed an oil change and they were able to take care of me again.
Wonderful service as always We purchased our Honda Crosstour, which we love, from Hinderer seven years ago and now drive from FL annually to have major services done because we trust the service department to completely check the car over and let us know of any current or anticipated problems that might need to be taken care of. Everyone in the service department especially Jason Culver is wonderful to work with. I am always impress too that they remember us year after year.

A really friendly and knowledgeable dealership This is the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with. Very fast and efficient and the showroom itself is really welcoming, never intimidating. The reps are honest and easy to talk to.
Excellent service I use my car for work so it is very important that I keep up with the service and oil changes I always just come in to this service center and Jacob Dornbier Is very helpful and professional and gets me right in with whatever it is the vehicle needs at that time according to the miles , Warranty etc.
On the road again I called John Hinderer Honda to get some information and Terry told me to come in and he would help me. He set me up with Amy. Amy made the experience very smooth and easy. She is just so personable! Michael was very pleasant and friendly. Tyler did a great job at helping me learn about some new features I’d never encountered before. Nisson repair It was good customer service. No problems at all. Time it took for repairs was great. Car looked very good. They even washed it which was nice.
