A really friendly and knowledgeable dealership This is the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with. Very fast and efficient and the showroom itself is really welcoming, never intimidating. The reps are honest and easy to talk to.
Excellent service I use my car for work so it is very important that I keep up with the service and oil changes I always just come in to this service center and Jacob Dornbier Is very helpful and professional and gets me right in with whatever it is the vehicle needs at that time according to the miles , Warranty etc.

My service experience was painless!!! The service dept at John Hinderer Honda was one of the very best I have experienced. I was a service manager for 20 plus years and I was impressed with their operation. Usually I am critical of service departments but not this one. They exceed my expectations every time I have to go in for service on my vehicle. 😀
Oil change They were super nice. They explain everything to me and gave me all my options for my vehicle and the price points up front. Very honest and super friendly. Great sitting area to relax in while you wait for your vehicle.
Great service. Earlier this year, a headlight went out while I was driving through Ohio. I stopped here and they installed a new bulb and I was on my way. This trip I needed an oil change and they were able to take care of me again.
60,000 mile service for CRV We appreciated the service advisor who took time to discuss what we needed done on our vehicle. We did not appreciate the person driving the cars through the service bay as we were standing there. She almost hit my husband. When the service advisor spoke to her about this, she laughed. No apology!!!

2019 Honda Ridgeline - Black Edition I worked with Jason Waldren and he exceeded my expectations. I knew what I wanted and my desire was to complete as much of the process over text and phone that was possible. My parents has leased a car from Jason that same month and raved about the process.
