Everybody was very friendly From the time me and my wife got there everybody was very nice and friendly and my salesman Jason great guy and knowledgeable even bought me and my wife lunch while I was waiting to sign papers the lady that show me all the bells and whistles about my car was very nice said if I had any questions give her a call I just had a good experience and Henry was great too very nice and laid back thanks

Ok.oil change, tire rotation. Ok.little pricy replacing tire stud that they broke off. $100. Should have sprayed it with never seize. That would have prevented it from breaking.

Melissa is an awesome saleslady The one part l didn't like a whole lot is there isn t any leeway with negotiating price, not impressed with the Kelley Blue Book guy at all. Have a . Lowball offer on S10 of 1490.00, and JHH offered 2000.00, We would have traded if they had come up to 3000.00, but 2 days later we sold it to first person to look at it for full asking price of 4200.00

Fantastic as Always I’ve taken my car here for oil changes since I bought it. Tried another Honda dealer since it was closer to home and it was not even comparable. I’ll gladly drive an hour just for an oil change and the great service at John Hinderer.
