Oil change I dropped my car off for an oil change. Everyone was so nice and very helpful! The service department was very clean and they seem to be very organized. When I asked Jason about a recall they had already taken care of it!
Plugged front right tire They were very quick and thorough with finding the tire leak, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They also washed the car which is always wonderful.

2007 Honda Accord Service and AC service repair. 2007 Honda Accord service and air conditioning service / repair. Service Tech identified detail of work to preformed with estimate. Upon inquiry of AC unit the issue was identified and communicated to me for review approval. Service was completed. Overall great experience.
Great service Took care of the Auto Butler and did an inspection. Also, Bob gave me a ride back to work I appreciate that extra service so much.

Key replacement One of my Honda keys had broken and I took it to John Hinderer Honda to get it replaced. They didn’t have the key, but were able to get one the next day. The service department programmed the key. The cost was $165. Rather expensive, but the key worked and the service staff were nice.
Great team. the staff were excellent. Miguel, Jason, Lexie, and Henry, a dream team for my purchase. They gave fantastic service; Jason took care of the sales, Lexie helped me learn the car, Henry took care of the paperwork, and Miguel made sure the price was right. So, I got the car i wanted at the price that met my budget and matched other dealerships.
Friendly staff. I have given this review, because they gave me a good car, and I am satisfied with the service, great staff and a nice waiting room, food, and drinks available.
