Great service. Brought my van in for auto butler and an oil change. There was an issue with my service agreement, but Jacob and the service manager were able to correct the issue and were very professional through the process. Great job!

3 times to get my DigiShield applied correctly I had to go as far as calling the company that makes the digishield (Digicut Susyems) and speak to James Greenly and Jeff Wolfe before I could get the dealership to listen to me. I just wanted what I paid for done correctly. It is still not perfect but is acceptable. Jarrod told me it was applied correctly. Nellie was very professional and in my opinion a true asset to your company. Joe was very understanding and was able to take care of the issue.
Purchase of 2019 CRV I was treated with respect, everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. They spent adequate time with me during my purchase and after.
Disappointed When I booked my last service the person who set my appointment failed to tell me it would take 5 hours to complete the work. It was set for 2:00 PM on a Saturday and the service department closes at 5:00 PM. I come from out of town so finding this out when I arrived was quite inconvenient. Pleasant Very friendly took little longer than I wanted they were busy with all the deals going on at the time I purchased my Civic. They also was trying to get me a better rate so that's probably what took so long I'm happy!!!
