Fantastic as Always I’ve taken my car here for oil changes since I bought it. Tried another Honda dealer since it was closer to home and it was not even comparable. I’ll gladly drive an hour just for an oil change and the great service at John Hinderer.

Service during car accident repair I would have given a 5 if I was more informed. My adjuster and Honda said that my car would be ready about a week before I actually picked it up. The reason was “they are a few days behind” but really they were a week or plus behind. It was more an inconvenience than anything. And come to find out they did a service on my car that was needed due to a recall but no one ever said anything about that until I picked up the car. Had no problems, everyone was kind and friendly. We've been dealing with John Hinderer for many years. Jason Culver has always been very helpful. He acts like he likes his job and is definitely a "people person'". I've not dealt with Zach as much, but he too is also very helpful.
