No appointment I didnt have an appointment but when I talked to Jason he said bring your van in. Glad I did because we found an oil leak. Repaired oil leak and replaced all rotors and brake pads

Michael was an awesome salesman from start to finish! We went to the dealership with a few cars in mind but Michael’s knowledge, expertise and patience allowed us to narrow down and we couldn’t be happier with our new Passport! TJ is one of a kind I took my daughter in to buy her first vehicle. We walked in and was greeted by TJ. My daughter had no idea what she wanted. TJ took his time and talked to her not me. His expertise, knowledge, and patients helped get her the perfect first car. She loved the first car TJ showed her so we bought it. It’s almost time to replace my wife’s car and we will definitely be back to see TJ.

Great Service Dept. I dropped our new Pilot off at the dealership to have some type of “coating” put on it. The service department was very clean and everyone was so friendly. Jason Culver, mgr, met me and knew exactly what I needed. A rental was immediately made ready and I was in and out of there in 10 min!!! Not only did they apply the coating, but they called and asked if they could tint the front and back windows for us at no charge!!! Amazing service!
Amazing! I went in looking for a van with a set amount in mind to spend. Joseph was great at listening to what I wanted/needed for my family! He was able to get me a vehicle within my set budget and I walked out with a "new" (for me) van bought and paid for the same day! I highly recommend going to John Hinderer Honda!!
