Great Service , had oil and filter changed and warranty application of exterior paint sealant. Work was completed on time and wa impressed with cleaning interior. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I would ecommend John Hinderer Honda Service to anyone.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! My salesperson was Chris Banks and his exceptional customer service was greatly appreciated!! He made my car buying a breeze! He is extremely responsive whether it is a text or a call back. He definitely puts the “customer first”. Everyone at this dealership had high spirits and made you feel more than comfortable! I definitely recommend this car lot. Thanks again Chris and Staff.

Excellent service department Took my Ridgeline in for 4 tires after 76000 miles on the originals. The new tires were ordered and installed. The car was released but had a vibration after tracing all steps and realignment along with a few other test. They found problem with tire and took care of it. Now hopefully I get another 76000 miles on the new tires.

Prompt, efficient and friendly service from start to finish! I have recently returned to the Newark community and reengaged with John Hinderer Honda for my vehicle service needs. Many of the staff who worked there during my previous time in the community warmly reconnect as I drove in for my appointment. My service manager, Jacob, was on point, helpful and accommodating. Its nice to come home to a team that cares about the work they do everyday!

Excellent I walked in there not sure if i would get a new car at all but i walked out with a 2017 Honda Civic and I’m totally in love with it. Thanks to Ron and the rest of the team that helped me.

You would of thought I was a VIP Everyone was friendly and treated me like a VIP. The car I was interested in had just been brought back from a test drive from another customer who said she was interested in buying. She said she would come back at a later date. When my sales person told me, I said OK...I guess were done because that was the only car I wanted.He told me hang on, saying your going to buy and actually doing it are two different things. Tech was informative had to many issues I purchased a vehicle about a month ago and I have had multiple problems with different departments at this dealership. I would not recommend it to others I wish I could return the vehicle to them and shop elsewhere.
