Great service It was great service and a great car to buy and everyone was nice we loved the car that they sold us and helped with any quastions we had.
Excellent service department Took my Ridgeline in for 4 tires after 76000 miles on the originals. The new tires were ordered and installed. The car was released but had a vibration after tracing all steps and realignment along with a few other test. They found problem with tire and took care of it. Now hopefully I get another 76000 miles on the new tires.
Prompt, efficient and friendly service from start to finish! I have recently returned to the Newark community and reengaged with John Hinderer Honda for my vehicle service needs. Many of the staff who worked there during my previous time in the community warmly reconnect as I drove in for my appointment. My service manager, Jacob, was on point, helpful and accommodating. Its nice to come home to a team that cares about the work they do everyday!

You would of thought I was a VIP Everyone was friendly and treated me like a VIP. The car I was interested in had just been brought back from a test drive from another customer who said she was interested in buying. She said she would come back at a later date. When my sales person told me, I said OK...I guess were done because that was the only car I wanted.He told me hang on, saying your going to buy and actually doing it are two different things.
